I`ve got no clue as to whats happening , I have them in a heated propigation tray with rockwool , and they germinate and sprout just fine , they grow about 2 to 3 inches and start turning green then they get mushy and die.

your rockwool is too wet. always shake out excess water when prepping the cubes.

Never propogated in a proper tray but I know all about your too wet sprout.

After 2-3" of growth shouldn't they be replanted? How big do you want them to get before you move them to a grow medium.

I've germinated in rockwool on a couple of occasions and as soon as the sprog has it's first set of leaves it's transplanted into whatever medium I happen to be using.

They only get about 2 to 3 inches and only have the little round leaves when they die , I have taken care of the to wet problem we`ll see what happens.

Also take the lid off your propagator for 10 min's every day to allow the condensation build-up to disappear. I give mine a little wipe too, as it takes longer than 10 min's IMO... depends on the size of your propagator though, i suppose.

Never, if you can help it, use a propagator that is too big for the amount of clones you have as this encourages more air movement and your clones will dry out quicker.
