Hi I am wondering when I should top my plants, and how would I top them?
I've heard many opinions and i need to know what is correct.

i believe this has to be done after the 5th set of leaves,though i've topped clone with 2 sets,simply cut the plant where you want it to form 2 tops(split),if what's left is big enough,make it a clone,you can also top branches,though have you considered lst?way more tops that way,less stress and less recovery time,you can do a simple bend,or something more extravagent if you like

i don't recomend you top untill one week before flower. you will have much better results like that

ps, topping yeilds more than lst; lateral branches stay lateral, unless you top. if you top, all lateral branches begin to grow apically

oh,and i always thought the lst was better,though when i did my lst i bent her so the top of the plant was level with the top of the bottom branches,it yeilded 3 times as much as the regular grown one beside it,i'll need to top one of these clones now and let it grow naturally then,see how much better than lst it is,

i top at ten nodes, flower one week later. makes for stocky branches thick with bud.

if i can ever figure out why half my pix won't load, i'll start showing examples (forget me resizing them all, it'd take ten years...)

if you want great yeilds, try dwc; a friend of mine pulls a pound per plant with 80 days of veg

what do you mean by the natural tree ect.
what is dwc?
