i am going to put 2 plants into flower in soil and i want to know can i still use a 20-20-20 fert becaues i'm just making seeds from the two and i didn't really want to buy it becaues i'm usually an outdoor grow but i need a new batch of seeds for next year... anyone have advice?

That fertilizer is no good for flowering. You need something that is low in Nitrogen, high in phosphorus and potassium. Something that is 2-8-4 is much better suited to your needs. Actually, I don't even know why they sell 20-20-20 because that ratio isn't good for any stage of marijuana growth.

I think it would work just fine for growing seeds.

would the seeds be reduced in quality or is it just the same thing.. i was reading that the different fert is only to get better but to leaf ratio...

I try and think of it as 1-1-1 . . . 'cuz that's the balance of the mix, in this case, 20 equal parts each of the 3 main components, usually by weight.
IF I were gonna use it, I'd half the recommended dosages.

Good flowering mix 1-3-1 a.k.a 10-30-10

what about 12-12-12-fert king. its what i got, never used it, but im looking to start using nutes my plant is flowering and i havnt used shit yet, i dont want it to die and i know i have to feed her so will 12-12-12-work how much and how often. ill wait to put anything in her because shes a fert virgin and i love her. ha

All ferts work. Ya want to follow directions on the package. Feed and wait for a week or more to see results. Use very little and work your way up.

If your plants are nice and green and growing they may not need any yet. Once they start to yellow then give them a little.
