I have 1 cfl on each plant. They are in the 16 oz plastic cups..
When do I put the HPS on them. 400 watts?

Do they look ok.. Im watering about 8oz every 2 days. Not much as I heard less is better?

I put my plants under the 400 as soon as thet have germinated. Id keep the light a bit high at first so you dont fry them. After 1-2 days they be ok. As for watering, i like to saturate the growing medium, then i let it become very dry b4 i water again. Almost to the point they wilt, then i water again very well

Keep your powder dry

I use a 600w HPS from the time my ladies are just seeds. I've found that they key is to keep the light about 36" from my leaf-tops for the first two weeks of growth. Also, pay close attention to your room temp, canopy temp, and humidity levels as these factors play a big part in determining growth rate and overall plant health.
