Widow Look at the Leaves whats going on?

Ok 2 of my plants look awesome and 3 of them have very frayed little leaves and the tops look like this can it be from having the light too close it cant be nuts because ive been runnin around 1100ppm everything seemd ok then the leaves started growing out like this can it be from the way i topped them im very confused ive done everything right so far and im about to flower would love some advice

well how do i do that im using general hydroponic solution which one do i add more more of grow bloom or micro
