in grow faq it says 30ml per galon,and can i do it every time i water

it depends on the strength
i use 9% 1ml to 1ltr
i use this every time i add water
after a week or so you can up it to
1.5 ml to 1 ltr
also it can do harm when added with some nutes

Bro, I've added as much as 16oz. to a gallon of water and it didn't hurt the plant. All it is, is H2O(water) with an extra Oxygen molecule. I've done it with ALL of my grows and NEVER, EVER had the slightest problem what-so-ever. Didn't fuck up the ferts or cause the plant to lock out anything. Just my experience with Hydrogen Peroxide. Are there 10 liters in a gallon?
I think recently saw a reliable post that implied this wasn't for soil grows, as it kills the good stuff (microbes, etc) along with the bad bacteria?
