What to expect

What should I expect (yeild wise) from my feminized nirvana pure power plants that I will be growing in 5 litre pots it soil with a 400W HPS bulb for both vegging and flowering. I will be vegging for 1 month. I will hopefully be using organic soil with its own food (worm casting) so I hope to only use nutes for flowering. So what should I expect from each plant?
