Is it possible? I'm trying to keep the wattage down so the electric company won't notice anything suspicious.

Also anyone got Ona Gel reviews and how well they cover up weed smell?

400 watters do not run the electricity up enough raise eyebrows. And when it comes to odor control. Carbon filtering is the answer. Ona and all that other shit is secondary. Also if you do not have proper ventilation, that light will heat your grow area up to stressful levels for the plant. Do more research dude

be aware of high temp, 400whps is more than enough you can grow another plant or two, depending on space of course

If you wanna run a 400w grow you should consider getting a small high output flourescent or CFL's to grow a mother plant with so you can clone & grow females each time under it, instead of growing from seed & having a 50/50 chance of needing to scrap plants. You should be able to do 400watt + the floros to keep a mother up without losing the slightest bit of sleep over paranoia about your power bill.

Ok, thank you all. I'm planning on just getting a grow tent for my babies when it comes time and getting all the ventilation done through that.

Not tryin' to hijack this, but when you all say he can get 4 to 6 plants with a 400w, is that SOG, SCROG, or 5 or 6 footers? I'm having a bear of a time trying to figure out how many plants I can reasonably grow in a room with 5 400w lights. I have 5 MH and 5 HPS, so vegging and flowering will get the proper lighting, just have to swap out ballasts. I am going to FIM/LST them, but they will get 5' or better, and probably 4' dia.
