Default carbon filter question

hey everyone,

i just brought a 150mm carbon filter, i have set it up and its pulling the air out of my room and i also put a 100mm hole in my wall outside and ran a peice of ducting into my room, its pulling in fresh air very nicely,

now ive got it running 24/7 is that good or bad ?? do i need to give it a rest or will it be fine and if i leave it on all the time how long will it last before needing to be refilled ???

The ones I bought are designed to be refilled. I just refilled mine. They lasted about 11 months before I needed to change the carbon. My friends at the hydro shop ordered the replacement carbon for me.
