Default short cfl question - veg

I have 6 plants, each one has 2 25watt cfl's hanging over them. So each kinda gets some extra light from the other plants but in general is 2 25watt cfl's per plant enough at 24 hours a day. As of now my plants are pretty healthy and have just gotten their first set of 5 leafs.

This is what i got going on.... Got a fan on em, and its in a closet. My only plan now in regards to the grow room is to build some kinda reflector for the lights. Seems like it will be a big reflector made with a lot of space paper.
