Hello evrybody. I was just wondering if it is ok to take my plants out of my growroom for 24 hours or so and put them under cfls instead of my hps/mh. My telophne line is fucked and i dont want the repair man to see mh setup. Will it hurt my plants any to swith the light for a day.

They should be able to handle 1 day, are you in the veg stage?

How big are they? If you are well into flowering it may stunt a bit I hear... you gotta do what you gotta do. In the end I'm sure it will be fine.

yep, this is a weed ya know.
For the most part it will grow in spite of you.
Just be kind to it. and if you are lucky it will give you kind in return.
If the plant is in veg, it would not matter at all.
If in flowering I would make sure not to try not to interrupt the light cycle.

How true that is, mid grade. I am 3 weeks into flowering my first small crop and made some serious mistakes early on, but my plants are looking pretty sweet "in spite of me".

No the plants are roughly 2-3 weeks old and in the veg stage. Just haad to move everything so the repair guy doesnt see any thing. So it shouldnt hurt them to be under differnt light for a little while.

why would it be under flower with a mh light lol

No there not even close to being ready to flower. Still just vegging.

I think you will be alright for one or two days under cfls.They started out under them,so theres no big upset.It be like a cloudy day or a rainy day outside.They are still getting light so one day back under the cfls you are okay.Repair men can be a little to prying.Your babys will be fine.Your question remined me of the time we had carpet installed in the house.They open the spair bedroom door to measure the floor. Before I could stop him he open the and very quickly closed it and say to his coworker this roon dosent get any carpet.My room mate had about 25 snakes in fish tanks and large cages in the room .I lol after they left.
