So, i just started some new plants and am trying to get the biggest yield I can. I read somewhere on here about this low stress training method and I was wondering if anyones tried it, and if it actually will increase my yield. It seems like a good idea but i'd like to know other people's experiences with it. I was also wondering if sativa would be a better strain for this method than indica? what do you guys think?
heres a pic of what im talking about.

i'm using this method right now. actually starting about three hours ago. my plants are about three ish weeks old and i just tied three or four, i dont remember, out of the seven down. from what ive read on the net its a great thing to do for indoor growers who are growing fewer amounts of plants
