whats the best light for vegging? HPS wise...i know that the red band is most effecient for flowering 610nm-720nm.

some stuff ppl are writing up is confusing the shit outta me lol. give it up for the stoner moments.

HPS is red. MH is blue. MH is best for vegging.

hps wise, check out agromax. it has more blue in it. but yeah, normally, metal halide is best for veg growth. there needs to be more posts about this. not enough i guess.
