Default anything wrong with this setup?

I've recently got my tent up and going, and was just wondering if there is anything wrong with the setup im running. Ive got a tent 3 feet by 1.5 by 6 high. It's got a 400w hps in a cooltube.

Ive got ducting running from the cool tube out of the tent. Outside the tent ive got an inline fan at the end of the ducting. I realise that the exhaust is running into the same room that the tent is in, but it doesn't get hot at all. Im thinkning the exaust is just to remove the heat from directly around the light and dissipate it into the larger room outside and replace the air in the tent. The air is barely warm coming out the end of the ducting. It's been running for a week with no problems.

Once i start to flower them i will be getting a carbon filter. Can i just attach it to the other side of the inline fan that is drawing air out of the tent? Or do i need ducting in between? Should i put the fan in the tent? Do i need another exaust or is the one on the cool tube enough? Also, ive got seedling in pots of clay balls in the table. I've then got clay balls all around the pots so the water is covered by them when it floods. Is this right yeah? Does it matter if a small amount of water is exposed to light during a flood?

It annoys me when people don't use equipment properly.

A cooltube isn't supposed to be used to vent the entire grow room.

Making it vent the grow room renders the cooltube pointless..

i'm sorry that it annoys you, thats why i was asking for opinions, i don't know.

How does venting the tent from the cooltube make the cooltube pointless?
The hot air from the bulb is sucked straight from the cooltube, doesn't get a chance to heat the tent - i can place my hand within like an inch or two of the glass.
