my plants were outdoor for a while and started to bud but the plants looked really small so i brought them inside and put them on 18 light and 6 dark but about 90 pecent of the hairs are orange and my plants are lookin real sad, would the light cycles be causing the poor health or would it be the intense heat?

at a guess (im not the most experienced ) it will be too late to move them back into a vegi state i would just give them a little bloom feed and whack them on a 12 12 i think 75-80 f is good so if its more than that then watch out.

i would just hope for some bigger buds

Moving plants from outside is the tough part. Yes, the intense heat will kill them if not corrected, and trying to revert them to vegitative state will shock them for a couple of weeks, but the lack of light is what will make them most unhealthy. They were outdoors under the brightest light we have, and when they started to flower you put them under whatever little light that you have inside.

I'd say that the pistils are withered because of the heat, and unless you really give them some TLC and a lot of time to recover, they will not produce much more bud. Look for new growth, like white hairs or new leaves.

well i do see new growths, leaves. and the hairs were orange before i moved them inside. but all i can do about the heat is crack the door... untill payday at least.

After being outdoors, where they have constant fresh air, and good light, now you're trying to kill them with intense heat, no fresh air, and little light.

What did she ever do to you?

It's only for you to judge, but it sounds like you are close to harvest, and if you can't give her what she needs, then finish it, and enjoy what you take.

so are you saying i should induce budding now? or should i put it back outside, it gets pretty cold at nite here tho

id just leave them outside. as long as it stays above 60 youy should be fine. but if the hairs are mostly orange then its time to harvest

really i can harvest? time to cut dry n smoke?!!! im so excited, the plant is only about a foot and quite gaunt tho

if 50%-75% of the hairs are red then it should be ready

thank you im gonna harvest tonite this will be my first harvest i cant wait to smoke it. should i line the walls with aluminum foil for my next batch? or another cheap alternative,...i live week to week
