Brown leave tips, uhoh!!

I'm in day 25 of flowering. I noticed yesterday the leave tips are starting to turn brown. Today it's a little worse. In reading different threads here someone said Chlorine from water will do that. I let my water sit for at least 24 hours before watering plus I put those DeChlor fish drops in just in case. So I don't think it's that. Am I over fertilizing? I'm using Schultz Bloom Plus. I put in 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water. I feed her every other watering. Is That too much? The only other thing is my PH is low (6.0) but I'm trying to raise it at this time.

so i look at the chart trying to identify my problem, for every one of the symptoms its the same yellow leaves, purple, leaf tips yellwing. I mean come on theres got to be a better chart and then show symptoms and then give us a remedy try to fix the problem.
