Still too early. Could be new flowers starting out. You have lots of time before the males pose a threat to the females. Trust me, when you have a male, you'll know with enough time to kill the mofo.

Your 3 headed beast looks to be a female. Keep an eye on it and look for a little hair or two to show up.

dude im getting a little shriveled leaves tell me is this is healthy growth they all look ok just some have shriveled i think the light was to close i dont know im a bit worried

its just 2 plants all the other plants looks awesome Do you think i need to change the res or the light was just a little too close?
