Is the wrapping paper that is reflective like someone said really good to use like mylar or is it shitty any1 know???

Stick with mylar. It helps reduce heat output from windows (for thermals) and keep heat/cold from leaving keeping your room more constant. Not to mention that the mylar help growth with a 25+% reflection. Its main use it for growth making stalks large will hitting your undergrowth nodes with some extra light.

One problem I found with mylar is if your having a heat problem, mylar will be your worst enemy.

well i do have a heat issue sometimes my heat gets to 90 and im using aluminum foil

sports authority or anyplace like that should have mylar emergency blankets in the campin section they are 8'x4' and cost like 3$ just be careful they tear easy but cant beat the price

not into the 90's just 90 tops on hot days but i do have a fan now
