More info is a good thing here ,

What medium are you growing in?
    Whats your PH?
    How often are you watering?
what kind of light? How close?
    using Nutes? at what ppm?

Ding Ding Ding!! I think we have a winner... Even in a cooltube, 5 inches is really pushing it.. You DO have a cooltube, right??
What are the temps in your op?

Try running the light about 12-14 inches from the tops of the plants and see if the new growth looks better, If it is light burn , i doubt the existing yellowing will get any greener, and will probably die off at the yellow spots.

    Good Luck!

yeah iv got my hood vented so it doesnt actually "burn" the plants but i guess the light is way to intense, i figured if i had good circulation i could move them a bit closer for a bit of a lumens boost, i guess i was wrong haha

Temps are great, pull that HPS back to 12-14" and i bet you wil be fine

Everything else ( ph, feeding schedule) sounds right on the money to me, although im much more of a hydro guy.. Any soil experts please correct me if im wrong!

    Best of Luck!

Bring your pH up to atleast 6.3, that's a def due to pH too low....wouldn't hurt to let it get up to 7 every now and again...6.3 min tho
This is absolutely 100% not real life, all posts are 100% fake. All pictures are copied from the internet.

any idea how i test my run off? my run off is usually filled with dirt thus making it hard for me to test it with my ph tester

also how can i change my ph?

also read this in the plant abuse chart

    Zinc Deficiencies:

Deficiencies appear as chlorosis in the inter-veinal areas of new leaves producing a banding appearance as seen in figure 18. This may be accompany reduction of leaf size and a shortening between internodes. Leaf margins are often distorted or wrinkled. Branch terminals of fruit will die back in severe cases.
Also gets locked out due to high pH. Zn, Fe, and Mn deficiencies often occur together, and are usually from a high pH. Don't overdo the micro-nutrients, lower the pH if that's the problem so the nutrients become available. Foliar feed if the plant looks real bad. Use chelated zinc. Zinc deficiency produces "little leaf" in many species, especially woody ones; the younger leaves are distinctly smaller than normal. Zinc defeciency may also produce "rosetting"; the stem fails to elongate behind the growing tip, so that the terminal leaves become tightly bunched.
