i have a 400w mh light but nowhere to screw the damn thing in.. can i rigg something up so i dont have to spend a lot of money?

what do u mean screw it in? u mean u dont have a fixture? do you have a ballast? you could if you had those, and some wire

haha i had the same problem, i had a ballast and bulb but couldnt find anywhere to get a reflector besides ordering it online
i ended up modifying a security light to mount horizontal with my ballast in a seperate room to control heat
