so i got this Sunlight Supply Sun System V5 Econogrow 250watt and i finally fired it up tonight! wow that thing was unbelievable and super bright light with a 250 watt Sylvania Metalarc bulb.

How close can these lights be placed to plants? And has anyone used this Sylvania bulb before? any advantages or disavantages with this bulb?
