forums; does anyone have any opinions on what they would use for flowering 12 plants...a 1000w hps or 2 400w hps?? ...

    to me it would depend on the strain you want to grow - if sativa dominant and thus taller i would use the 1000 watt to penetrate the canopy and you don;t need as much horizontal coverage anyway. if you are sog or just very bushy i would think the two 400's would be better. imo

    yea im gonna be growing faster growing indicas mostly. but this is gonna be a perpetual harvest closet. ill be livin in this place for a few years at least so this is gonna be a pretty permanent setup. so thanks alot for your input...plus rep for you lol
