I have 7 plants.
They are all 12 ds old ranging from about 5-7 inches. I have got them in a potting soil that was on sale at Lowes. I noticed that it says it has a time release that is supposed to give fert up to 9 mo's. I am highly skeptical of this medium per what I have red on rollitup. I just transplanted 3 and they seem to be doing fine. (same soil) I was wondering if I should leave in same soil? Do not really want to disturb more than I have too. Also can I add nutes to this soil? I got a ph meter, moisture meter. I have the plants under 3 42w CFL's. I also have a fan on low. And I have this set up in a closet with mylar. The soil does not seem to drain as quick as I would like. If I drench these 8" pots they take 4-5 ds to dry out. My goal is to grow at least 1 mother and then clone hydroponically. Further more I have the door open and my apt stays between 65-70 degrees. Can just a few degrees diff change the plants appearence? |

about the adding nutes i dont no... time released soil is very hard to predict. i suppose if you add nutes and its to much your plant will tell you, but this means you wil have to flush and it may stunt growth for abit...... this is y i stay away fro the stuff m8
good luck
