Hey i have read on different ways to cure and am going to try some by water curing it. Has anyone done this.. any tips. By the sounds of it I have to get a dehydrater from Walmart and thats it.

You really dont even need that, but you can by it if you want. After the one week in water, I just hung mine to dry for about one day, than smoked it.
