Default Help Plants wilting from no water

hey guys. I recently went away for a few days and underestimated my plants water needs. They are now severely drooping and the top of them are starting to get dry and crusty. anyone have any tips for bringing my plants back from the almost dead? hydro recirculate 400 watt MH bulb setup. cheers

move the light up cut back the nutes, if brown and crispy pretty far gone but if theres still moisture in the stems u might get new growth, anything that looks like it is still green give it a spray with water.
