First of all, what water are you using, and what nutrient/additives?
For watering schedule, we need to know what you're watering, how big and what medium.
Anything else you tell us will help.
alright i've read pretty much everything i can get my hands on as far as books and online posts and i just can't seem to get my plants healthy growing....i'm using an ebb&flow with 600watt hps. I bought a ec/tds meter to check ppm and i'm right about 700ish..vary's a little. Always check ph of water before watering. how many times a day should i water, i've read anywhere from 1-4 i've only been watering once a day in the morning about 1/2 hour after the light goes on. Should i be watering more? I can post pics up to get some input as to how they look if needed....any advice is much appreciated

ok....i'm using tap water letting it sit out for about a day before i put it in the res. I'm filling up my res w/ 10 gallons of water using about 75ml of dutchmaster nutrients, the plants are in rockwool which is sitting in hydroton pellets. plants are about 14 inches away from air cooled light, temp is 80 and humidity is about 40-45%.

Everything sounds great. The only thing I would change is to flood more often. Rocks will retain a lot of water, but you didn't say how big the medium is, are they pots of rocks or is the entire flood bed filled with rocks. Either way, you should flood every 4 hours for young plants, and every 2 hours for mature plants, during lights on.

Also watch your ph and ppm as these are you main readings to watch or Ec is good if you can. I d flood 3 times aday at about 15 minutes per flood which should fill most tables if you have the correct pumps.
If problems persist, go back to basic principles. Calibrate ppm & pH meters against known value test solutions. Use a peak value memory digital thermometer/hygrometer (so cheap in dollar shops you should keep a spare) and verify everything is right.
Some photos of the problem plant would be very helpful. Several cluey folk here can diagnose it on sight.
alright thanks....i'll post up pictures later today

alright it seems like every time i think my baby are going good something new pops up and then they are stunted again....everything was looking great yesterday now this morning went to go look at them and the one that was doin the best the leaves are doopy and it seems like they can't even support themselves....also the inner leaves on every plant are curled up and very small one again i greatly appreciate any input thanks....
Just an educated guess, but I would say air circulation through the plants. In other words, not enough of it. As the plant gets more foliage, it needs more and more fresh air, constantly blowing through the foliage.
