can any one help a numbi with some dwc problemes? ((pics))

iv got 6 plants in a dwc system and they all seem to be haveing problem over this past week and i cant seem to bet them figured out. and none of the problems seem to be the same from plant to plant. the ph is 5.4-5.8, and the ppm is 775-800, im using cfls ( 6 42 watts and a 65 watt ), water temp is 67, and ait temp is 72-78. my biggest one has already shown female preflowers but now the upper leaves are folding up lenght wise, iv got others that look realy droopy and wilted. they are all around 4 1/2 weeks old. any help is greatly appreciated

they were all started in soil, then i tried to wash the soil out and this is what i got, the pics of the roots arent the best but they look better in person. i had some root rot early on but got it fixed with some h2o2. do you think i should add just a little now?

Root Rot? Bad Drainage? Plants look they need some Nitro.

iv got 2 12" air stones with 3 60 gal air pumps going to them.
