Starting off with a little plan.
Take the Res. It will be on floor level. Take a water pump I'm thinking 75-100 psi. 1.6 gal per min. (this is where being a plumber comes in handy )Place the pump in res. Now use 3/8" brass nipples with 3/8" brass tees to make the header for the spray ports off the pump. (Can use plastic fittings but brass fittings will be best in the long run) Off the tees install a 3/8" tapered barbed male adapter to attach the vinyl tubing to the pump header. Use 1/4" rigid plastic spray nozzle with a .25" (low water flow) orifice or .16" orifice (ultra low water flow) attacked to black 1/4" vinyl tubing. (Haven't decided yet) Drill the tubing through the buckets and attach the spray nozzle. (Gonna do a test spray to adjust water range accordingly to make sure your hitting the roots all over) Going to wire a Irrigation timer "clock" with this pump on a cycle allowing feeding automatically. Now build up the 5 gallon buckets/ rubber maid bins with milk creates in a circle around the res. Making sure all the water that is being sprayed in the buckets returns to the res. I was thinking of using 3/4" PVC for the draining system from the buckets to the res. Taking a 3/4" PVC male adapter with a rubber washer an a 3/4" nut to secure it to the bottom of the bucket. (cut as much of the remaining male end that is in the bucket to allow as much water back to the res) I'm gonna take a 600 watt HPS and center it above the res with a inline fan sucking the heat away from the res. and im going to take that bubble insulation wrap for duct work and tripple wrap the res to help maintain the temp. I'm probably going to have to put a chiller in line with this. i think the 600 watt HPS is going to heat the res a little. And im gonna have 2 screeing opions to help the light to the branches fanning the leaves and kepping the plants away from the HPS. Screening Option 1 is chicken wire hoop Screening Opion 2 is poles and string. Heres a few Pics to help with the visual image. If you can think of any way this could be set up a little better or more efficiently please reply or PM me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Good engineering Smuggle! I think this setup kicks ass, you should follow through with this one. I would recommend using a 1000w hps instead of a 600w. Keep in mind that without a reflector the light is dispersed 360 degrees so you wont get as much light at a given point.
