so its my first time using rockwool and its supposed to be really easy to use but my question is should i put the cube into a pot of expanded clay or just leave it on my flood table w/o the pot?

after you get roots, put the rockwell cube in the gro rocks with the roots right at the water level.(highest level water gets with pump on) Fill around cube with rocks including a little on top of cube.Just be careful you don't break off a delicate stem.Every time the pump comes on and floods your table, they will get more nutes.
