Got a lot of stuff I have to get(other meters and stuff and plan to upgrade to a bigger system).

Questions

1.How much of the nutes that comes with it do I use.It's supposed to be a 6 month supply but I've read in other posts that you should only use certain amounts at certain stages of growth.

2.What brands of nutes should I get(I'm just using the packs that it came with to get a feel for the system) or are recommended and where can I get them.

3.I have a ph meter and it comes with two bottles of calibration solution.How do I go about using them?It says submerge it in the solution but there isn't enough in the bottles to submerge it to the line.Do I add it to water or something or what?

4.Any particular brand of PPM meter i should get?I hit ebay and I see them from $12-$700

I'll add more questions if I come up with any.

What is "it". We're not mind readers lol, we can't tell what system you're using. All nutrients and systems come with instructions on the nutrients they give just read them. Chances are whatever system it is the nutes suck, and if it's an aerogarden throw the whole thing in a trash can right now. Just joking, if it's an aerogarden then read all the aerogarden threads and sticky for info.

**The first question was typed a little wrong so let me clear that up but rest is fine.The SH system comes with a 6 month supply of nutes in 6 little baggies.It says use the full pack for a month but I've read that full strength nutes aren't good at certain stages of the plants life not to mention having to change the water every two weeks would waste two weeks worth of nutes.

Just to be safe I just put the nutes on the digi's and divided by 4 and just did it week to week till I could get a answer.But I just went ahead and did the rest of the packet since they are getting bigger now so should be safe.they growing good so far just need to get the lights a little closer.**
