rockwool or 3 gal air pots coc/perlite

Gonna be starting up a legal grow soon and am going to do some sort of drip setup and wanted to know some info. Was think of rockwool blocks or 3 gal airpots with coco and perlite. Wanting to go as simple as possible but get the best growth. Any input would be great thanks.

I am on my first coco grow, I am using some plastibag pots I already had, but added many more holes to them. From what I have read, my next round will be in smart pots for sure. Airpots are kewl, a bit more messy, but effective as well. I use a sprinkler/drip system and finally have it dialed in and seeing great growth.

Either coco or chow mix will kill it! R/w will hold to much water and
you wont get the super fast growth like in coco or chow mix
