I finally gave up after using the DH Hydo-farm and the net buckets. Its very frustrating trying to balance PH, nutes, res temp etc.

Seems that Hempy has finally stumbled on something easy and exciting!

I'm about to take the Hydroton pellets out of an idle Waterfarm and use them for Hempy buckets for some Skunk x Haze seedlings I'm germing outdoors.

What sold me on Hempys was the simplicity. There's one point of failure -- me. I can forget to water for a week or overwater regularly for a couple of weeks, but I don't have to worry about machinery dying on me. Not to mention that Hempy is much more space-effective than a Waterfarm: I can grow 4-5 plants in 5" x 6" x 7" containers with plenty of room in the area taken up by one Waterfarm.

I pulled my best looking (heat/Nute stressed) plant from the Hyro bucket today and it didn't miss a beat like the others!!

The plant yellowing was my primary reason to transfering it to Hempy. It was progressing more each day. Roots we over a foot long too.

We'll see what happens, but I am sure it will be better

give it a day or 2 and you should start to see improvement, I took 2 of mine out of a dwc system and thru them in hempy bucketrs, and I havent looked back....

Well what is the rule of thumb about repotting those plants? Apparently if they real little or seeds or whutever they have to put in little cups..then moved to increasing larger vessels till you reach the 2 or 3 gallon bucket. Did I interpret that right? Thanks.
