First grow water question

Tap water or buy an RO filter if your water is that bad.

160 bottles...Not a smart move at all. Water weighs a lot for being cheap. Probably cost your 5$ to ship 50 cents worth of water.

Cheers I just checked my tap water and the PH is 7.8 I will PH it down to 5.8

Its not the Ph you need to worry about, it's the ppm

parts per million what range should It be to and from thank you, I will be using tap water florabloom and floragrow and floramicro for my nutrients.

For dwc i run 450-650ppm

Before adding nutes you want to use the lowest PPM possible. It's healthier for the plant, plus your PPM won't vary as much when you add nutes. That way you know what your looking at everytime. If that makes sense.
