White Widow Auto, 60 day wonder. Dwarf(sorta)

Hey Folks, I'm running a 400w DWC tent. I understand that my yields and quality won't be on par with the veteran growers. This is my first go at it.

But, I'm 30 days in and neither of the girls are above 6" tall. They are both starting to fill out as much as something that size can but they haven't really grown up. I've read of people trying to stop theirs from stretching, but not stunted growth. I'm using the botanicare trio of mutes, going to pick up the cal mag/clearex/sweet. I just raised the temp from mid 70's to mid 80's and it seemed to give it a little boost.

Does anyone know what tends to lead to this problem for the novice such as myself? I know there are a lot of factors but does this sound like anything in particular I've screwed up on?

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I'm on it. Should I expect any growth improvement at this point or am I stuck with what I got? And will I even flower or is it too far gone?
