Is it worth it to do both of these at the same time. I have a ballast/light of both types. I run the MH during veg and the hps during flower. 400 watts for 6 plants.

What kind of difference would i notice if i ran both at the same time?

Short answer, yes it is worth it hehe. Both light spectrums and twice the light.

um i dunno man... MH does more than an HPS can for the veg stage...i don't see how adding them together would make it better besides the fat you get more lumens....?

I did it befor It really did nothing except make the plants reach twoard the HPS I say use the MH during Veg.

yeah you will notice a difference using both lights at once, fatter nugs and a much better yield

I use both MH and HPS for flowering and veg
