first off What is up Everybody!

ok ive got a small bubbler setup going right now i think my res is like 2 gallons and i have 2 plants going now that i transplanted from the backyard! im using 1 cfl 100w equivalent (not sure if this is enough)and ive had it on 24/7 since feb 27 just wondering when i have to change my light cycle and what those on off hours are also after i get my cam working ill take some pics of my setup

You can change the lighting when ever you want to induce flowering. If you wanted to veg your plants for a year you could. When you 'have' to switch to flowering will depend on the maximum height you can grow you plants to and how much patience you have.

"1 cfl 100w equivalent" that's not enough light Multiply that by 10 and it still won't be enough but it will multiply your yield by at least 10.

ok so more light needed and ill take care of that after a trip to the store and thats cool that i can veg till its too big lol thanks guys

and veg is the 24hr or 18 on 6 off
and flower would be 12/12 right?

Correct.

Also:
blue light = good for veg = "cool white" cfls or MH
red light = good for flower = "warm white" cfls or HPS
