lighting for 54"x54"x7 tent

have 54"x54" tent with 4x4 ebb and flow table and res. with heat not being a problem and having c02 at 1500ppm what is the best lighting i can have? what is going to maximize grams per watt? i have a 1000watt and 2 400 watt ballast at disposal and 1hp water chiller 2 6in inline fans and ice box. the 1000 watt is adjustible 400,600,1000 watt. what would be the best u could do with that? thanks

just start with the 1000. not a lot of room for 2lights/reflectors, unless u run bare bulbs or modify a parabolic reflector to hold 2 bulbs.
