i forgot, lowes has grey buckets and lids for like $5 and are perfect for bubble cloners or dwc, no light penetration and no paint or tape needed.

2-3 drops per gal of clorox bleach cleans up Pythium slime for me.A capfull of the powder is way too much.I go no more than 1/8 th tsp per 2gal as an aid for the rooting process with subdued light.

Neat little cloner.Use only a pinch or 2 of the powder.72-75*F res temps work for me.non direct lighting and wait for white bumps.
when bumps show change res to a ph 6 1/8 strength solution and increase light.Increase as more roots grow and remember for clones/seedlings less is more.

donot, do not, do not put a heater in there. the only time i ever had a rot issue was a winter i thought my cloner needed to be warmer. they are breeding grounds for trouble. the extra 3_5 days of rooting is much better.

i never use a dome with aero or bubble cloners. pop them in and leave em alone.
