Thanks for the personal recommendation, much better than reading the marketing blurb. ... I'm not sure how this system will respond to topping, my guess is not too well. I would try but theres only a certain amount of experimentation one can do.

I think i really want to find a workable cheese or lemon strain. Those are the strains I know flys out the door fastest./// Who am I kiddin' whatever i grow flys out, people can't even wait for proper curing these days. jeeeze.

The bottles are 2L plastic bottles. They are just budget water bottles from a cheapo supermarket and cost pennies/cents.

Some people I have seen paint them black. I use Gorrilla tape, its perfectly light/waterproof and wont rub off like paint. I use a hot screwdriver to make 4 drainage holes, 2.25inches from the bottom.

Mine go straight to flower after coming out the cloner. I clone until the roots reach the bottom of the bottle.

To achieve this particular look it need not take that long. but .... to get the thick looking stems the grower would be constantly pruning and trimming. Its not difficult, I have tiny mothers I keep small to supply my cloner, they are a few months old. Not as pretty, but similar.

I recently built a bloom room, 3 rail 18 hole aeroponics system. a 2 rail Veg room, 24 hole.
it seems to me that keeping your lights close, keeps the internodal lengths shorter. I have Veg a 400 wt on a light rail, sealed hood & vented with 6" Centrifical fan.
tighter plants & of course indica's work better. the reading "suggests" you wait till 3-5 nodes are established & sex is at least begining to show then start flower @ 12/12.
the 1 true Indica that survived was PERFECT! and is going to be my MOTHER , I collected pollen from the 4 other sativas that made it to the end & will cross pollinate her for genetic variety. sadly, I had to pull 7 males & that 1st run issue will reduce total weight & added many weeks of waiting.

Cool ... I bet yours will turn out better than you think. Once you start cloning you'll have more babies than you know what to do with.... I highly recommend a DIY aero cloner once you put a clone in, you forget about it and they'll root automatically. You don't need to mist constantly or feed/water.

Thanks for clearing that up i guess I have just never grown in anything smaller than a 3 gallon pot. I have almost 50 clones( that I took off my soil veg room) all rooted in my turboklone that are ready to go in my aeroflo 60 tomarrow as soon as I make the last adjustment to the chiller, so I appreciate you clearing that up before I get started.
