Nutrient help
Hi , Guys Im new to forum
Firstly forgive my ignorance
but please can someone kindly help..?
I am using advanced nutrients
Connoisseur A
Connoisseur B
Voodoo Juice
Big bud
B-52
Overdrive
The size of my Tank is 220 Liters
Going by the AN calculator
I would need 880ml of Connoisseur A and Connoisseur B
I thought this is a bit much as I only have one liter bottles , would I need to use so much of my nutrient solution..?

you need a ppm meter to really know how much you are adding...

ANs Calculator has always been too hot for me.. I can only run about half strength with the M,G,B nutes. My suggestion is to start low and work your way up, rather than just Gun it. I burned some clones going tooo high with AN nutes, so you gotta be careful. In fact, I only know of one person that says they run AN at full strength.
Good luck with your grow!

Try Dutch Masters and you wont have the problems like that over priced crap..
Sorry, just never liked those nutes... They cant even give you an accurate feed schedule to go by

cut it in half, then cut it in half. start there. nute companies like to sell nutes, go figure.

Learning How To Roll
Learning How To Roll
It depends on the size of your plants. If they're seedlings you'd want to use quarter strength at most. It also depends on the strain, some need more nutes than others. How much light you have plays a role.
No one can tell you how much to feed your plants, and that goes for the nutrient companies as well. They do not (as some like to suggest) print their labels with high doses to sell more nutrients. That's just dumb. Think about it -- if you burn the crap out of your plants because you use too much nutes, does that make you want to buy the same thing again? Of course not. I don't understand all the marketing psychology involved, but most every nutrient company uses about the same scale for their "full strength" recommendation. They're all too high for some people. They're also all too low for some. They have to print SOMETHING on the label and it will always be wrong for some growers.
So the way to do it is to start out light. 25% to 33% of what's on the label (or online calculator) is what I recommend if you're not familiar with the nutrient and/or strain you're growing. If the plants need more, give them more. It's better and easier to give too little than too much because it's better and easier to add more than to take it away.
Also there's no rule that says if you have a 220L reservoir you have to fill it all the way up.

but a larger res is always better in hydro. less ph and ppm swings and much easier to take care of.

Judging by what you got you bought the hobbyest pack! Good vallue but the vodoo is going to cause major issues
in hydro! So dont use it. AN online cal or feeding charts are way to hot! And you should go 1/4 strength from what
they say. When using there sups it says to use 8 ml per gal, dont! Whenmixing there sup mix it 2ml per gal and you
will be good.
There is bound to be a bunch of an haters going to flock to this thread, so just ignore then cause an is good stuff!
