Heya fellas... I've been in the learning process for about 6 months now. I have 8 plants flowering ... 5 White Widow and 3 PPP. They all look beautiful but I am pretty much obsessive-compulsive when it comes to perfection. My plants have slightly browning leaf tips... I'd say around 1-2 millimeters long. This is only on the lower leaves.

Now, the thing is I've been trying to get myself set up with a REALLY good fertilizer. Something with a little bit of play. I rent so I don't have any fancy exhaust systems in my room an while the temp stays around 80 Degrees F and Humidity at 40-50%. I've learned a lot since my first grow. I was flowering at like 1500 PPMs using General Hydro Nutes.... I found a million different feed tables and basically I thought... fuck it. It will take me nothing but lots of time to perfect using such a strong 3 part. I mean you put like 15mL of the shit in your water and blam you're at 900-1000ppm. In playing around w/ the different parts I ran into certain deficiencies and I believe lockouts as well. This second time around I just used 1mL of each part all the way until I got Foxfarm and things were ok.

So, do any of you dudes use these foxfarm products in Hydro systems? I grow in rockwool alone using drain to waste and right now I'm following the directions for feeding. I use 20mL per gallon of Liquid Big Bloom, 15mL Liquid Big Bud(advanced nutrients), and 5mL of Hygrozyme. I've noticed since switching that obviously the foxfarm is like mud. I also have to use considerably more than the chem fertilizer which then makes me spend more but I'm willing to spend for a solid fertilizer that won't burn my plants so readily. I've also noticed that my PPM meter is reading really low and Im thinking it won't pick up the organic matter as easily as dissolved salts. My PPM reads only 600 max with all that stuff in the water. I have to use a considerable amount more pH down as well.. .I'm assuming the organic matter in the foxfarm acts as a pH buffer moreso than chem nutes.

What PPM do you guys read, and/or amount of foxfarm nutes mixed per gallon? Especially some of you dudes in rockwool. I noticed a lot of precipitate in the foxfarm water, will this build up in rockwool and cause a problem? I'm sure most of that stuf gets caught in rockwool like a filter as its big enough to see w/ the naked eye.

Here are the PPP. I topped them but the fucking branches that grew in place of the main stem got so big and heavy already I've had to tie them all up. This is them like 3 weeks into flowering. The WW are scattered in the room since I was flushing the PPP.
