How can i make my own hydro set up?

Ok, i have ok sucess with growing in soil but i wonna try out other methods. I hear you can mak you own hydro and aeroponics set up out of just shit. If so, is it cheaper than just buying one. And if it is more convenient how in the hell would i make one? Any help is appreciated.

Oh, and i grow in a closet by the way so i need something that wil fit and al that good stuff.

a simple dwc bucket is made with an air pump, two air stones, one five gallon bucket, one lid, and one net pot.

roots hang in nute water, that is oxygenated by the pump. excellent results.

just make sure to use hydro nutes (miracle gro will not work).

DWC stands for Deep Water Culture, they are also called bubbler systems. Look on ebay, you can see what you will need or you can buy one there. add a light, water, nutrients and female plant and your set.

Im am thinkin about asking Filthy Flitch to build me one to grow 8. But i aint sure if i have enough room in my closet for a 20 gallon hydro grower. I am tryin to figure out how this hydro shit works. I dont know how to fertilize it, when to put more water in it, and all that B/S. I gotta lot to learn before i decide to buy one and fuck things up.

hey bubble setup works great, i made mine for less than 20 dollars with stuff i had laying around (proper pots, perlite, rockwool).
most expensive thing was nutes.
