How much longer?

I am starting to see the orange hairs.. How much longer do i wait till I start the 3 day clear water flush then cut?

they look great, but you've still got a couple to maybe three or four weeks left on them easily.. when they get ready, all of those hairs will disappear on you..

get yourself a 30x or stronger loupe or a handheld microscope from radio shack for like ten or so dollars, and use it to look at your trics... they will start out clear, and as they get older, they will turn a cloudy color and then amber.. depending on what kind of high you prefer will tell you when to chop.. the more amber, the more couchlock the affect, and the more cloudy, the more cerebral the high.. i would wait till i don't see many clear left at all, and maybe just a few going amber.. this will tell you that your trics are at peak potency..

These aren't even worth looking at yet. Revisit in 3 weeks.

Thanks for the reply but im curious how you can tell that there is only 3-4 weeks left without knowing things like my lighting , feeding schedule or if im feeding aggressivly or normal... thanks MX

none of the things that you've listed matter as far as how long a plant will take to flower.. flowering times are really all down to genetics.. take an indica dominant strain.. for example lets say afghani.. indica's usually only take from say 8 to 9 weeks to finish.. a sativa dom plant can take anywhere from 10 weeks all the way up to like 14 or more if it has a lot of sativa in it..
there are a few things that can make a plant flower a lil sooner, but maybe only by a day or two, not much, as like i said, its kinda hard to change what is in the plants dna..

what strain is your plant and how long has it been flowering for now??

I dont even know what strain... I got the seeds from stuff I purchased for $80...started seeing alot of tiger Stripe seeds.. looked up on the internet and it said they were mature seeds and had a high probablity of germinating... so i took a chance and germed 5 seeds... got 3 females... pretty good.. i still have 100 or so of them seeds so more fems to come. Maybe you guys know what strain... I sure as heck do not.

yah, no, its almost impossible to tell a strain just by looking at it, sorry m8.. but yah, it looks good and you've done a nice job.. but now is the hard part.. waiting for her to finish up for you..
all of those hairs that you see, they will recede back into the bud when it gets closer, that is a very crappy way to tell that they are getting ready.. the best way is the way i first told you with the microscope.. i just picked up a new one for like fifteen bucks from radio shack.. i good investment..

the trics will look like a lolipop, atleast they do to me.. on top is a ball, this is the thc gland.. when they are new, it will be completely clear, and as it ages they turn to milky and then amber..

good deal so ill keep them with 6.0 ph and 1600ppm on my feeding schedule... for the next 3 weeks then reevaluate.... thanks for the help.... also... Im only using a 250W HPS system in a spare bedroom..using a 18gallon Flood and drain system, temp is constant at 72/ humidity is 33% constant...I added (1) 100w RED grow light till I changed the cycle 18/6 to 12/12 then swapped the RED for a BLUE one. No need for the LED setup.. I found a cheaper work around

nice.. sounds like a plan, lol.. if you'd like, go another three weeks and repost some new pix here as its in my sub'ed threads and i'll see it when new pix come up.. and another saying i always liked from soma is.. when you think that they are ready, give them another week..

ya one more month easily i'd say. my white widow looks almost where your buds are at. mine has another 4 weeks.

i've no clue.. i'm not very good at that game, lol.. its very hard to tell what it may be just by looking at it though..

Ive never had a plant bud out ith Purple leaves...

yah.. sometimes cooler temps will cause them to go purple.. or it could just be the genetics of it..

well seeing as this is an indoor grow where I monitor the temp pretty good, does anyone feel that this may be a Nute defeciency? I am growing them ladys in a Flood and drain hydro system...Im using General Hydroponics nutes... if it is a nute def... what should I be feeding them? whats my recommended PPMs... currently im at 1600.

i don't think its any kind of def.. they look great ... if you had a def, you would have shit like spots, or yellowing, or yellow spots.. but i don't see any of that.. i think its just genetics.. i know a lot of plants can and do turn purple.. i know that a lot of subcool's strains turn all kinds of cool colors like pink and magenta and purple.. there are a lot of strains that turn purple on you... i think it looks great.. no need to panic, lol..
