im runing cap system and H202 29% 7 ML and gal total for 55 gal is 385ML every 3 to 4 days is a must. watch the anti syfan hole it can plug up
and flood all your water on the floor. and the cap pumps that come with it are shit replace those, also get filter bags for the pumps. other than
that im a newbie in the hydro world and im loving it, look for a thread call for all cab ebb & grow theres alot of info on this system.

Nice!! Everything is all setup now...so im assuming 1 15min feed a day is too much..because it seems like they dry out pretty quickly...about 24 hrs. I agree about the stock pumps...ill be sure to replace those asap! Ill have to research the filter bags for the pumps...not sure what those are. Thanks for the feedback! its much appreciated! Ill check out that thread too!
happy growing!

I flood x3 times a day for 15min
18/6 split 3 flood between the 18 hours on
12/12 flood when lights come on then 3 to 4 hours later then a hour before lights off
dont flood when lights are off. I wouldnt use sure to grow
use hydrotron also
use drain pans to raise your bucket about 2in. above the cammand box to allow
theo buckets to fully drain out. the filter bags are just a white micron bag that
goes around the pump to not allow dirt/particle to get though.

@Hellraizer Oh ok, 3x times sounds good for mature plants...but would you recommend 3xs a day for cuttings that are 2 wks old? Sounds like a little too much for plants that young? NOt questioning your knowledge but i wasnt aware if you knew how old the plants are.
Ive heard cleaning hydroton is a big pain in the a$$ so i decided to try the STG medium instead...Its essentially no cleaning required....makes my life a lil easier...but this is my first gro so depending on how the STG performs i may switch grow mediums on the next run.
Ive been looking all over for the drain pans you mentioned...can you provide a link where i can find them? Or should i just make my own?
Thanks bro

being that i dont use stg and I do know stg hold alot more water. but you need to cycle new water in to push old out, stagnat water is bad in this system.
as for it being to much water, just watch them and they will show you if its to much. I went 3 feed at 15 min floods to later going 3 feeds at 30min.
if you have a sign of over watering with 3 feeds at 15 each one drop to 2 buts I think its better to dail in with to much water than not enough.
But im posative 3 is good. as for cleaning hydrotron I fill loundry bins in a bath tub and run the shower and stir not a big deal and works fast.
I cant stress enough howAttachment 1439323 well raising those pots up 2 in. to help drain that extra water stuck in the buckets out. and get used to using H202
also and a good air stone.Attachment 1439317H202 is to stop this brown foam

Ok awesome...Ill have to try and see how the plants react to that feeding schedule. I still havnt seen the drain pans you mentioned.....Ive heard of people using 2 inch pvc piping in the fill bucket to raise the drain buckets higher to eliminate the roots sitting in stagnant water. But im interested in the actual pans that ppl are using. Maybe ill do more research! Thanks for all the help...its very much appreciated.

Scoop you will want to use the STG Hail product that what is designed for the Ebb&Flow buckets systems. I am getting ready to start my new room and will be using STG Hail with 6.5 gal custom bucket system.
