well here is the latest update of my buddys grow. the plants are finally starting 2 grow good so it seems. the ppm is at 450 right now & the plants are almost 12inches tall should the ppm he higher by now or what u think. 1st pic is just of the plants. 2nd pic is of the 1 that we think is female but dont know 4 shure. the plants are still under 20/4 light so can u tell sex before flower stage? 3rd pic is just shouwing some of the new leaves after we topped it are growing a little deforned is that normal? or could the light be 2 close ? 4th pic is the other 2 plants & u can tell they are diff stran due to the leaf shape. anyideas on what kind or is it impossible 2 tell.

Wow, those are some pretty plants. I dont know the answer to any of your questions... i just wanted to comment that those look really good.

pic 2 is a female. keep the nutes there. pic 3 plant shows slight over fertilization. pic 4 left look like sativa dominant leaves, right plant is indica

think he just uped the nuts 2 around 530ppm. ya it was wierd cause as soon as we toped the plant the first leaves did that so we will see. the next set looks ok. / aslo is it tru that the plants will double or more in size during the flower stage? if so we might veg 4 another 3 weeks cause hes got plenty of hight in the room.

it is true that the plants might double in size during flowering. it is also true that a 3 inch clone thrown into 12/12 may finish at 5 feet in a hydro system. the only way to know is to do. thank god for supercropping, eh?
