Hi there everyone. I got my second grow underway now. The plant pictured is probably about 3 and 1/2 weeks old. Im not totally sure on that time though cause i havent been keeping track. Hopefully in about 2 weeks i will be starting a feminised northern lights seed from nirvana seed bank. The plant here is just some bag seed that im hoping will turn out to be female. I topped it 2 days ago just above the fourth node and the top is doing very good. Nothin too exciting going on here just tryin to get a female so i can have somethin home grown to smoke on while i wait for the northern lights. My last grow i grew two bagseed and they both turned out female which was fairly lucky. Im hopin this one follows the trend lol. Any feedback or advice is welcome. Thanks everybody. Keep on chiefin:joint:

The big plant is one week in to 12/12 today. I should know the sex pretty soon here. I also just started a feminised northern lights seedling in another dwc bucket. Had to use another closet as a seperate veg room cause of my other plant being in flowering but thats ok its not a big deal. Obviously the tiny plant pictured is the NL and the big one is my bag seed plant. The pics of the big plant are a little dark because i have to turn off my hps to take pics because it interferes with my camera on my phone lol. Tell me what you guys think. I barely got any feedback so far so feel free to critique or ask me any questions if u are curious about anything pertaining to my setup. Thanks guys!

Well it depends on the size of the container and the plant. I probably wont change the water on the little nl plant for another week and a half to two weeks at least. But with the other plant, its drinkin about 3 gallons in 5 days so i try to empty the bucket, clean it and change the nutrient solution every 4 or 6 days. They're both in 5 gallon buckets btw

Well i found some really tiny female preflowers so im prettttttttty happy about that. They are too small for my shitty camera to be able to take pics of but i should be able to get some decent pics of em in about 4 or 5 days. Im really glad though cause im gonna have the northern lights that i just started growing, to smoke along side of this bag seed that im growing and see if there really is a BIG difference.

Looks great. I have a setup pretty damn similar to yours. Can i ask what your feeding schedule was like with the nutes up until now?

And can I get a pic of the roots on that bagseed? :leaf:

up until a week and a half i was giving the plant fox farm big grow. i gave it 1/4 strength at around 2 weeks of veg. Then i upped it to a little over 1/2 strength the next week. Then i switched to the floranova when i switched to 12/12 which i have been using around 1/2-3/4 strength right now. Ill get ya a root shot on monday when i update. i dont use a ppm meter so i cant tell u ppm's sorry. bongsmilie

All right well its been a while since ive updated so sorry guys. The girl is doing very nicely. She is gettin a little too tall but i have been tying back the biggest branch trying to keep it shorter. Also i decided to take a clone (my first experience cloning) and it was succesful so i have that in a hydro bucket now. I replaced the northern lights with my clone cause number one the NL was lookin like i was dying and number two i wanted to see if i could get the clone to live, so i took out the NL and replaced it with my bagseed clone. The method of cloning i used was just cutting the clone, putting it in a rockwool cube and putting it under the t5 at a pretty far distance (like 10-15 inches away) and then after about 10 days it had roots. No cloning solution or root hormone or anything of the sort. Just rockwool and water. Well heres a bunch of pics i took. Goobaba let me use his camera so they are actually decent too. I finally got a root shot for u too pocketsonswole lol.

I do the same.. In flower my white russians drink a lot close to a gallon a day so every 3-4 days im just doing a whole res change.

YES! Looking good man. That thing is huge now! Only thing I'd recommend is trimming some lower foliage thats not gettin any light and LST to use that light as efficiently as possible. Or you could always get some CFL's for side lighting. Peace :leaf:
