hey iv jus made my own hydro system but my plants aint holding up 4 sum reason...wat u think i shud do????

the hydroton look dry how often do u water?

iv jus setted it to 4 times a day for 30mins

too much watering man. i say 3 times a day and 15 min each. your hoses' kinda in the way for the plants too, so they may seek other way for light. i suggest you change to smaller and more organized tubes or just modify all the trays to ebb & flow and use rockwool next time, dat way you would be able to manage the plants, move them and using rockwool would keep the girls standing up too, if not, use a tooth pick and strings, just dont tie them too tight.

yeah, i'm gonna say too much watering, 1 hose per pot, 4x15min daily is good, use some straws to help prop the stems up, it's not too late, there's hope.

nah man, change your timer. ebb n flow's easy. just follow this i guess if you really wanna do it:http://www.simplyhydro.com/system.htm.( don't forget the fill and drain structure) 15 min and 8 hrs interval for 3 times should be perfect.

Hi all a pal does his every 3 hrs for 3 mins 24 hrs a day so they get a total of 24 mins of food always done it this way with good results is this the way forward or is 3 times 15 mins better every 8 hrs please let me know asap
