Default TDS (EC) Levels for HARD water?

My tap water is usually around 400-600 ppm, so I'm thinking with nutes, the total should be 1600-1800. Does that sound about right?

That's what I use for the peak of flowering, a net nute solution of 1000-1200.

Do you think I should add epsom salts to my res to avoid Mg lockout?
