You put the seeds right into the rockwool they germinate in the moist rockwool cubes.Yopu can use a humidity dome if you want to get them going with a simple shop light. Yoiu can also put them right ino the aero setup and they will grow.You want the cubes just moist not soggy and not dry and light

Alright thanx. I got my pump, some grow big b fox farm some PH up and down and now all i need is tiger bloom, big bloom and my 400 watt HPS.

i had two ladies outside since may they got snowed on twice i put them in the ag and boom they are alive and stinking i have since put them back in soil they were in the ag for 4 days
