Im currently doing flood tables and rockwool 6 inch cubes. it works fine.

A friend of mine is claiming that NFT, or nutrient film technique is a better way to go.

ALL I AM CONCERNED ABOUT IS THE FASTEST PLANT GROWTH POSSIBLE.

I will adopt whichever system allows plants to grow the fastest.

He is using gutters, and doing NFT.

I have created an awesome concept for nft that does not use gutters, but instead a much wider gutter concept (im not going to go into detail but if i build it i will show you, i promise)

Is nft a better way to go for plants than ebb and flow (flood drain) systems?

All DOWNSIDED to NFT... please let me know.

And advice for NFT, please let me know.

Im also thinking about incorporating the sprayers as well into my new setup (the thigns which spash the roots constantly)

Is it best to put the spayers on a timer? Is it best to put the nft flow on a timer?
